At ReGro Care, we provide local delivery across Pakistan. We work with courier and delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible.

1. Shipping Within Pakistan

ReGro Care currently ships orders within Pakistan only.

We aim to deliver orders to major cities and other serviceable areas across Pakistan. Delivery availability may depend on the customer's location and courier coverage.

2. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you by phone or message to confirm your order before dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within Pakistan are generally:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Areas: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on the courier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the ordering process or communicated before order confirmation.

From time to time, ReGro Care may offer free shipping promotions or discounted delivery charges.

Promotional shipping offers may be subject to specific terms and conditions.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible locations within Pakistan.

If COD is available for your address, you can pay the applicable order amount to the courier at the time of delivery.

Please ensure that someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

6. Accurate Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:

  • Full name

  • Active phone number

  • Complete delivery address

  • City

  • Area/locality

  • Any useful delivery instructions

ReGro Care is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

7. Courier Delays

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the selected courier service.

Delivery may occasionally be delayed because of:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • High order volumes

  • Road closures

  • Security or transportation issues

  • Incorrect address information

  • Customer unavailability

  • Remote-area delivery limitations

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving courier-related issues.

8. Failed Delivery

If a courier attempts delivery but the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or provides an incorrect address, the courier may make another delivery attempt or return the package to ReGro Care.

If an order is returned because of the customer's inability or refusal to receive it, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests a re-delivery.

9. Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, ReGro Care may provide a tracking number or tracking information after your order has been dispatched.

Customers can use the provided tracking information to monitor the shipment with the relevant courier.

10. Damaged or Leaking Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or appears to have been damaged during transportation:

  1. Take clear photographs or a video of the package and product.

  2. Keep the original packaging.

  3. Contact ReGro Care as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery.

  4. Provide your order number and supporting photographs or video.

We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return and Refund Policy.

11. International Shipping

ReGro Care currently does not offer international shipping.

Our store is currently focused on serving customers within Pakistan.
