Prices

All product prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices, discounts, promotions, or other charges at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed at the applicable price, except where an obvious technical or pricing error has occurred.

Payment Methods

For bank-transfer orders, the order may require payment verification before processing or dispatch.

ReGro Care is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment information, incomplete transfers, banking issues, or failure to provide required payment confirmation.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver within Pakistan only.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, public holidays, operational circumstances, and other factors outside our direct control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable contact number.

If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal to receive the parcel, or inability of the courier to contact the customer, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery deadlines unless specifically stated otherwise.

Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving the parcel.

Where the damage is verified, ReGro Care will provide a replacement free of cost.

Customers may be asked to provide photographs or videos of the damaged product and packaging to help us verify the issue and process the replacement.

Refund Policy

ReGro Care offers a 21-day refund period from the date the customer receives the order.

If you are not satisfied with a purchased product, you may contact us within 21 days and request a refund of the amount paid for the eligible product.

Our refund policy allows customers to request a refund even if they have used the product. However, the customer may be required to provide reasonable information regarding the issue or reason for requesting the refund.

Refund requests must be submitted through our customer support channels.

Once a refund request is reviewed and approved, we will communicate the applicable refund procedure and expected processing time.

Where a refund is approved, the amount refunded may be subject to the applicable circumstances of the order, including shipping or transaction charges where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Pakistani law.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive:

A damaged product
An incorrect product
A missing product
A parcel with another verified fulfillment issue

Please contact ReGro Care promptly with your order details and supporting photographs/videos where applicable.

After verification, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances.

Product Use and Responsibility

Customers are responsible for using products according to the instructions and recommendations provided on the product packaging or website.

Do not use a product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

Stop using a product if you experience significant irritation, discomfort, or an unexpected reaction and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

ReGro Care is not responsible for problems resulting from misuse, improper storage, failure to follow instructions, contamination after opening, or use contrary to the product’s intended purpose.
